The ITIL 4 Release Management Practice Module is structured and aligned around the ITIL framework. The examination is intended to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient understanding and application of the concepts covered in the ITIL 4 Release Management Practice publication. It includes process, roles, value streams, and capability assessment.

  • Recommendations for practice success.

Exam Format
The ITIL ® 4 PM: Release Management exam format is as follows:

  • Multiple choice format.
  • 20 questions per paper.
  • 65% required to pass (13 out of 20).
  • 30 minutes duration.
  • Closed book.

  • ITIL ® 4 Foundation.
