The ITIL 4 Continual Improvement Practice Module is structured and aligned around the ITIL framework. This module assesses candidates’ understanding and application of continual improvement concepts within ITIL, including process, roles, value streams, and capability assessments.

The exam for ITIL ® 4 PM: Continual Improvement follows this format:

  • Multiple choice format.
  • 20 questions per paper.
  • 65% required to pass (13 out of 20).
  • 30 minutes duration.
  • Closed book.

  • ITIL ® 4 Foundation.
