- Creating a project (Scrum/Kanban).
- Creating roles / Groups and adding people.
- Introduction to Workflow Schemes and configuring a workflow scheme for your project.
- Default Screens in JIRA and choosing screens scheme for the project.
- Introduction to fields and and adding Custom field set up for your project.
- Walkthrough of Issue types, configuration and creating a custom issue type.
- JIRA Agile Project Execution & Reporting:
- Creating product backlog, sprint backlog, epics, other issue types (stories, tasks, bugs etc), running a sprint & usage of jira in various scrum ceremonies.
- Understanding of JIRA in Kanban projects.
- Sprint Level Reports.
- Burndown Chart, Sprint report.
- Project / Team level Reports.
- Velocity Chart, Cumulative flow diagram, Control chart, Version report, Epic report, Bug report, Average age report, Created Vs resolved chart, Two dimensional quality report ( Sprint wise, priority wise, status wise).
- Search Filters:
- Basic search.
- Advanced search using JQL.
- Activity – Scenario based searching.
- Creating a filter.
- Filter permissions and details.
- Export.
- Dashboards:
Activity – Create a sample dashboard for a project.
