About the Role	Incumbent would be a part of QAI for its Workforce Development Division. QAI’s WFD Division has training offerings for organizations and individuals. Broadly the responsibilities would include: Revenue generation through sales of QAI’s training solutions. Hunting and farming key accounts in assigned region. Account management of large corporate accounts Taking a consultative approach of identifying client requirements & providing suitable solutions
Qualification	Preferably an MBA with 5-7 years of experience in selling solutions & trainings.
Skills Required	Strong communication & presentation skills, Understanding workforce development needs. Must be an initiator, innovator and have a creative thinking style. Above all – A Breakthrough Performer!
