- For attending the LSSBB program a participant must be LSSGB certified. However, senior professionals with more than 6 years of relevant experience can attend after their application has been scrutinized by QAI.
- Participants receive project support by experts over a period of 1 year post training. If participants find it difficult to get a project, detailed case studies are completed by the participants within a period of 6 months after the training in order to enhance practical knowledge.

Certification
- 7 days (4 days classroom, 2 days live webinar, 1 day recorded webinar)
- Candidates who attend the 7-day training program will receive the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Participation certificate.
- After attending the program candidates will have up to 12 months from the date of the training program to prepare the evidence required for certification. In these 12 months the candidate can seek the inputs of QAI assigned mentor on the quality of the evidence. Please refer section 3.2 of this handbook for more details on the evidence to be submitted.
- QAI assigned mentor will assess the quality of the evidence submitted by the candidate. Once the evidence is considered acceptable for the purpose of certification, QAI mentor will recommend issue of the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certificate.
- Minimum 7 years professional work experience
- Certified Black Belt from a reputed organization.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in executing Continuous Improvement projects based on Lean Six Sigma framework.
- Currently in the role of mentoring continuous improvement projects based on Lean Six Sigma.
