LSSGB saves organizations time and money through continuous improvement. The participants are given a thorough understanding of all aspects within the phases of D-M-A-I-C and is designed for individuals from diverse organizational functions-operations, quality, logistics, finance, production, engineering and other staff functions.
LSSGB certification from QAI is recognized by industry experts. The participants receive articles, templates, caselets and support by experts over a period of 6 months post training, enhancing the learning and practical experience.
The Lean Innovation Six Sigma Black belt 10-day program will cover the most contemporary process improvement practices adopted by leading organizations and proponents of Lean Six Sigma.
QAI provides faculties/ consultants from relevant areas with over 15 years of experience. Having been in the industry for 35+ years, the program is widely recognized by industry experts. The sessions include case studies and caselets and participants get project support by experts over a period of 1 year post training.
For attending the LSSBB program a participant must be LSSGB certified. However, senior professionals with more than 6 years of relevant experience can attend after their application has been scrutinized by QAI.
Participants receive project support by experts over a period of 1 year post training. If participants find it difficult to get a project, detailed case studies are completed by the participants within a period of 6 months after the training in order to enhance practical knowledge.
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) is an affirmation of the individual’s ability to lead the enterprise level deployment of Lean Six Sigma. An MBB assists the senior management in driving change and fosters an organizational culture of continuous improvement.
QAI’s MBB certification program that creates the MBB of Tomorrow will provide an additional edge to prospective candidates to face the challenges of tomorrow. Each candidate will be individually mentored by experienced MBB facilitators to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Candidates who attend the 7-day training program will receive the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Participation certificate.
After attending the program candidates will have up to 12 months from the date of the training program to prepare the evidence required for certification. In these 12 months the candidate can seek the inputs of QAI assigned mentor on the quality of the evidence. Please refer section 3.2 of this handbook for more details on the evidence to be submitted.
QAI assigned mentor will assess the quality of the evidence submitted by the candidate. Once the evidence is considered acceptable for the purpose of certification, QAI mentor will recommend issue of the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certificate.
