Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) is an affirmation of the individual’s ability to lead the enterprise level deployment of Lean Six Sigma. An MBB assists the senior management in driving change and fosters an organizational culture of continuous improvement.
QAI’s MBB certification program that creates the MBB of Tomorrow will provide an additional edge to prospective candidates to face the challenges of tomorrow. Each candidate will be individually mentored by experienced MBB facilitators to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Candidates who attend the 7-day training program will receive the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Participation certificate.
After attending the program candidates will have up to 12 months from the date of the training program to prepare the evidence required for certification. In these 12 months the candidate can seek the inputs of QAI assigned mentor on the quality of the evidence. Please refer section 3.2 of this handbook for more details on the evidence to be submitted.
QAI assigned mentor will assess the quality of the evidence submitted by the candidate. Once the evidence is considered acceptable for the purpose of certification, QAI mentor will recommend issue of the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certificate.
