Training Overview

This 1-Day training course will transition your knowledge from CMMI V1.3 to CMMI V2.0 to build competitive advantage and meet the challenges of the changing global business landscape. This training will guide the participant through key components of the CMMI V2.0 model structure and key differences between CMMI V1.3 and CMMI V2.0.


This training is also suitable for Appraisal Team Members who participated in a CMMI V1.3 Appraisal and need to fulfil V2.0 training requirements for serving on a CMMI V2.0 appraisal.


In this course, students will have hands-on access to the current online version of the CMMI V2.0 Model. They shall actively participate in class discussions and exercises to learn how to navigate the model, understand its value and use it to improve business performance.
