Consultant / Associate Consultant – CMMI

The role will broadly include:

• Understanding customers business
• Process Definition and Documentation for the customer using CMMI framework and other quality frameworks
• Process optimization – Understand the challenges in the existing process and recommend changes aligned to the business objectives
• Suggest improvements and process solutions for customer challenges
• Facilitate and audit process implementation

• 2 to 5 years of experience in process consulting, process definition, auditing
•  Good understanding of CMMi Dev, ISO 9001 standards/practices
• Good Understanding of life cycle processes, applicable to various projects / methodologies
• Experience in organizational Process Forums like SEPG, Process Definition, Internal Audit
• Experience in Process facilitation & ability to provide process solutions to project teams in order to address practical challenges
• Should be able to assess the effectiveness of process implementation and make adjustments, as appropriate
• Ensure data consistency, data analysis and senior management reporting
• Sound knowledge of various development methodologies, like Waterfall, Agile, etc.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join in one month period.
